Our StoryAddie Belle Sparkling when my wife was pregnant and nursing and my brother was giving up alcohol consumption. We wanted a truly alcohol-free sparkling for every special occasion but had trouble finding an option that tasted great. Since we’ve been making wine since 2017, we decided to create our own alcohol-free sparkling. My dad also wanted the brand to honor someone special to him—his grandmother, Addie Belle.
ABOUT ADDIE BELLE
A Life Filled with Joy and Jollity
Addie Belle was my great-grandmother (1906–1995). From what I’ve been told, she was high-spirited, loved playing games, and went square dancing every Friday night at the YMCA. She was married for 48 years to the love of her life, Wiley George King. She never drank or allowed alcohol in her home. If you asked her to describe herself in one word, she would have said “jolly”—a word she used often, along with “joy.” Jeremy Windham
