Addie Belle does not sell personal information for third-party profit. If you believe your personal information has been sold or shared in a way you do not want, you may submit a request to opt out. We will respond and take action as required.

How to opt out / submit a request

You can opt out using any one of these methods. Please provide as much of the requested verification information as you can so we can process your request quickly.

1. Web form (recommended)
Visit: /privacy-requests (or create a page /do-not-sell) and complete the “Do Not Sell” form. Required fields we suggest:

  • Full name
  • Email address associated with your account (or “none” if you are not a customer)
  • Phone (optional)
  • Order number (if applicable)
  • Preferred contact method (email / phone)
  • Verification upload (optional — e.g., recent invoice or partial ID if needed)
  • Checkbox: “I request that Addie Belle not sell or share my personal information.”

2. Email
Send a message to privacy@addie-belle.com with the subject line: Do Not Sell My Personal Information — [Your Full Name] and include:

  • Full name
  • Email address used with Addie Belle (if any)
  • Order number (if applicable)
  • Preferred contact method
  • Statement: “I request that Addie Belle does not sell or share my personal information.”

What we will do next

  • We will verify your identity to help protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests (we’ll only ask for the minimum info needed).
  • We will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days.
  • We will complete our response (and any required actions) within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time, we will notify you and explain why (and may take up to an additional 45 days).
  • You will receive confirmation when your request has been processed and any restrictions on “sale” or sharing are in effect.

Verification & fraud prevention

To protect your privacy and security we may request additional information to verify your identity (for example, recent order number, partial payment info, or a scanned ID). We will only request what is reasonably necessary and will not require sensitive personal data beyond verification needs.

If we don’t sell your info

If we determine we do not sell personal information as defined by applicable law, we will still respond to your request and explain our practices. If you wish to limit sharing for targeted advertising, you may also adjust cookie/ad preferences via our cookie panel or by contacting us.

Third-party ad controls (optional steps)

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many networks using industry tools and device settings (e.g., ad settings in your browser or mobile OS, or industry opt-out tools). We can also suppress some sharing when you submit the request above.
